A brief History.

Hillbillies

This is a brash attempt to explain the elitist contempt for Rednecks, Hillbillies, poor white trash, and the working class in general.

This contempt is rooted in the racism of the English elites. The contempt of the Anglo-Saxon and Norman aristocracy for the Native Celts of the British Isles.

It must be noted, the Cornish, Welsh, Scots and the Irish have survived multiple attempts at genocide by the Anglo-Saxon-Norman ruling elites.

First, The Anglo-Saxon people are not native to Britain. Neither are the Normans. These peoples are invaders that displaced and attempted the genocide of the native Britons.

This relationship lasts into the current era via denial of home rule to the Welsh, Kernow, Scots, and Ulster peoples. The resources of these regions are controlled by the English. Not the native peoples.

Despite multiple attempts at eradication of Race, Language, and Culture, The Welsh, Scots, and Irish survive today.

This racist attitude of conquest and contempt is continued today in North America. Rednecks, Hillbillies, are descendants of settlers from Wales, Scotland, and Ulster. The English aristocratic elitism carried on in North America.

That is why, it is socially acceptable to mock, insult, and demean the descendents of the Scots, Irish, Welsh peoples today.

Redneck, began as a term of derision for Scots Covenanters that rejected the Anglican church of England. Hillbillies, was a reference to the Ulster plantations and borderers of Scotland and Wales that supported King William of Orange and Mary Stuart.

Cracker is derived from the Gaelic word, Craic, ( pr Crack) meaning to boast, brag, party.

The racism of the elitists continues now.

The leftist elites have not changed in 500 years.

Consider that when they call you deplorables, Rednecks, Hillbillies, Crackers. We represent a culture that withstood the Romans, The Vikings, The Normans, The English.

A culture at least 3000 years old, that the forces of conquest, empire, slavery, genocide failed to obliterate.

It's ok to be A Redneck Cracker Hillbilly.

And just as our ancestors told Romans, Vikings, Normans, and English, we should tell the elites of America,
