A malady for Monday.
A question to consider. You may think you are free. Are you? What have you purchased with your freedom?
Who do you serve?
Yourself, like most? A flag, ideal, or other idol from human imagination? Your pride? Ego? Desire? Fear? Anger? Envy? Who is the god of your existence?
You yourself? Your emotions? Possessions? Power?
Even self proclaimed atheists that profess no belief in GOD, serve imaginary gods. Ideas, philosophies, desires, fears, life, death, symbols, flags, themselves.
So my question stands.
Who do you serve?
Who do you love?
What do you honor, respect, worship?
What do you live for? What would you die for?
And,
Why?
A question to plague your heart, mind, and spirit.
Here, now, I offer you no answers. That is not my purpose here now.
Here, now my only purpose is to propose the question.
Everyone, All humans serve,
Something, someone, somehow.
Who do you serve?
Who, what have you chosen to serve?
Have you ever thought about it?
Did you choose without thought?
Think about it.

Love this! For me and my house we will serve the Lord. I'll start there. 🙏
