This is simply My interpretation of the Non Aggression Principle. N.A.P.
I begin by explaining what it is not.
The N.A.P. is not pacifism.
The N.A.P. is not passive in Any manner.
What it is, is the belief that it is wrong on all levels of morality, ethics, principle, to use force against anyone for aggressive purposes. No forced coercion period. No threats no actions.
Interaction between people should be entirely voluntary, never coerced.
The ONLY time, the only situation in which the use of Violent force is acceptable is in self defense, the defense of others, the protection of property.
It is entirely acceptable to stomp the crap out of a thief caught in the act.
It is entirely acceptable to do whatever is required to stop an aggresser. Yes, even lethal force.
It is never acceptable to use force against anyone not threatening, not attacking, not harming you or those you are responsible for.
Passive aggressive coercion, violates the N.A.P.
The relevant aspect is Aggression.
It is unacceptable to start a war.
It is unacceptable to steal from anyone.
It is unacceptable to cause harm to others in any manner.
Violence is not glorified.
Neither is pacifism.
It also means we should take a NAP before doing anything ultimately bad or stupid.
