Poetry is Magick
I am inspired by mystery, by passion, by experience. Poetry is my heart and soul trying to make sense of it all. Speaking metaphorically, and directly from the primal place of experience, my soul.
Poetry has revealed to me that there is no such thing as “paranormal” that there is only the real, the experience and how we share common perceptions calling it communication.
What we refer to as paranormal, is in fact the normal perception reality that we struggle to explain, and express. Perceptions can be deceiving, relative to where we are when we seek to understand them.
Poetry removes these barriers, it is an open conduit from the unconscious, the universal place of experience, what Jung called the universal unconscious ,or racial consciousness.( I would prefer Cultural Consciousness)
Poetry is the voice of the spirit. It is prophecy and meaning in and of itself. One major aspect of prophecy that many misunderstand is that prophecy only rarely glimpses the future. Prophecy is the revelation of the Divine. GODs word, will, truth, message, experience.
I believe that poetry is in itself a “psychic” experience. Soul to soul, heart to heart communication. This is why the Bards were sacred, and inviolate among the Druids and Celts.
Poetry is magick revealed. Expressed, quantified, and manifest. Poetry is the most efficient manner of understanding spirit. Think about it, Why are the holy books all in verse form? Poems all! Spells/ cantrips are all poems, prayers are poems, any communication from the heart and soul is poetry. Then there is inspiration, notice the word spirit contained therein? In spirit action, literally in the spirits action.
All art is the same. Painting, sculpting, music, any craft. Magick can be defined as creating a change through force of will. Therefore all art, all things we create are manifestations of magick. Reality altered by our own will, a new experience manifest and shared.
Poetry is also an act of worship, a communion with as well as expression of the divine.
Poetry is prophetic, sometimes in the sense of foretelling, but more often, more importantly prophetic in the sense of revealing the divine. In Celtic traditions, poetry is seen as the expression of the gift of Awen /l\. Awen, Awe-wen, Sacred awe, wonder, sacred inspiration.
Poetry is Magick!
Consider the power of Words.
Philosophy, Thought expressed.
Words of Love, Joy Peace, Compassion.
Consider how words, meter, rhythm, rhyme, move people.
Look at the impact of political slogans,
advertising.
Song lyrics.
All forms of Poetic Magick.
Lastly,
Most importantly:
YESHUA,
The Living Word of GOD.
John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with GOD and the Word was GOD.
Now I can't rightly say, that I have never met a person that knows these things.
Only as far as I know.
The active search was called off in the late eighties.

Well, now that you have powned me on pretty much all my wizard secrets,
I am going to go drink a magik cup of coffee.
And wonder if there is a seperate animal among us.
And if so, how many of us there might be. (creepy fang salute)
It truly is a magic all its own, one that not all can understand and that more should celebrate. There's a reason the Celts believed it to be sacred and still in many cases hold it as such.
