Ouroboros.
Many believe this is a symbol of eternity and wisdom.
No. That belief is false.
Look closely. Think about it.
What exactly is the serpent doing?
The serpent devours itself.
Stop and think about that.
What is shown?
It is consuming itself. It is destroying itself.
The symbol does not lie. It is a symbol of self destruction.
It is the interpretation that it is a secret hidden wisdom of eternity and rebirth, that is the lie.
So, where's the rebirth?
The snake is destroying itself, in the doing so, it is also eating it's own shit, to be blunt.
Where is the wisdom in that?
Ok, some of you may be saying I am misrepresenting the symbolism.
How So?
Let's look at Norse symbolism.
The World serpent.
Loki's child. That kills Thor, the protector of humans in Ragnarok.
Where is the rebirth? Hint, Ragnarok, the Gods all die, the world dies.
In gnosticism, it is said that the serpent devouring itself, symbolizes eternity, rebirth.
According to Gnosticism, the GOD of the Bible is evil and The Bible is a lie. Gnosticism is the exact opposite of the Bible. Further more, Gnosis, is wisdom, knowledge. Remember that.
Where was the serpent that tempted Eve?
The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
What did Eve believing the serpent and eating the fruit of that tree bring?
Not eternal life!
Eating the fruit brought Death.
Adam and Eve walked with GOD in the garden. They knew GOD directly. They ALREADY knew Good!
Which means the only thing the fruit of that tree was, was evil. And Evil only brings death.
GOD warned them not to eat of the tree for by eating the fruit, they would die.
Knowledge of Good (GOD) and evil is the result.
They knew life, love, good, before they ate.
They knew evil after they ate.
They knew no fear before they ate, they knew fear and shame after they ate.
Technically, the serpent did not lie.
By eating, they knew evil and death, along side their pre-existing knowledge of good and life..
Thus knowledge of both good and evil.
The serpents “wisdom” brought evil and death.
The desire to be as GOD, as promised by the serpent, brought evil and death.
The desire to know both good as well as evil.
Think on that.
A circle, closed with no beginning or end symbolizes eternity.
The ouroboros is a broken circle. Which implies two things, first it is not eternal, and, second it is imperfect.
There is a beginning and an end. A head and a tail.
I tell you, you have been deceived.
Lied to. All to convince you, that self destruction is wisdom.
That Self Destruction is good.
To what purpose?
Look around you.
What other signs of self destruction and death are glorified?
Drugs,
Abortion,
Promiscuity,
Consumerism,
Materialism,
Narcissism,
Cruelty- Sadism
Masochism.
Eight spokes on the wheel.
We live in a world that glorifies death and destruction, fascinated by evil. A world that mocks life, joy, peace, love. A world that hates and mocks GOD.
Evil is pure self destruction.
The symbol's meaning is only occult, hidden, in that we are being gaslit to convince us not to believe the simple truth before our eyes.
Consider this message.
Look around. How many other symbols of death and destruction are blatant around us?
Open your eyes and see. Be aware.
One hundred percent agree. The serpent beguiled Eve and always devours itself. Tbh whenever I use ouroborous as a reference when I speak or tinker with writing I mean it in the sense that it's something destructive and will consume itself unto its death.
