Moral Cowardice

Choice.

It is all about choices.

Regardless of the situation, you and you alone are responsible for your choices, actions, and the resulting consequences. Any attempt to pass the buck, to blame anyone or anything for your actions is moral Cowardice.

Even were someone to hold a loaded gun to your head demanding you commit an immoral act, you and you alone are responsible for what you choose to do. Consider this, choosing to save your life, rather than choosing what is the moral action means that you place yourself above morality.

Choosing to do wrong, in that circumstance is nothing other than a purely selfish act. Otherwise known as Cowardice.

To choose to place ones lusts or desires before others is to choose to be lawless. Society is built upon a foundation of law, of order, of cooperation, mutual respect, trust and value. To choose to place oneself above these foundations is to choose to be lawless.

To be lawless, is to exist for no other purpose than your personal desires. We are all free to choose, law or chaos. We are also, each and every individual, responsible for the consequences of our choice.

The person holding a loaded gun to your head, is responsible for their actions, not yours. You are free to choose your actions. You could choose not to obey, to defy the agent of chaos. Courage, like Cowardice is a choice.

Courage, is defiance of fear.

Cowardice is to be supremely selfish. To choose to bow down and serve fear, desire, rage, lust, greed.

Cowardice is a slave master that is freely chosen by the slave.

Every human being without exception is equally capable of courage, cowardice, love, selfish desires, rage or compassion.

We are all capable of choosing the Kingdom of Heaven or the enslavement of hell. GOD created us with the freedom to choose.

You and you alone are directly responsible for your choice.

An alluring woman does not cause you to choose lust, only your own desires tempt you to lust. It is not what you see that causes you to lust, it is your choice to entertain the desire, to dwell on it, no one or nothing forces you to choose lust.

An unlocked car with the keys in the ignition does not cause you to steal the car. Only your desires to steal the car tempts you. Every single human is subject to untold temptations. Every single human chooses to either resist temptation or to serve temptation.

It takes self control, self restraint and self discipline to choose to resist temptations.

In the end, it is all about what you value. If you value courage, love, compassion, integrity, then you will resist fear, hate, lust, greed, desire.

If you value only yourself, then you will choose to serve fear, hate, lust, greed, desire.

I find it interesting that when we choose the evil, most of us refuse to accept or acknowledge our responsibility. Most of us choose to blame anyone, or anything else for our free choices. That is in itself nothing other than moral and ethical Cowardice.

The choice is yours.

Courage or Cowardice.

Courage is never easy.

The spirit of anti-Christ.

Another Biblical name for the anti-Christ is, “that man of sin” “the lawless one”

Consider that deeply.

To choose your fear, desires, lust, rage, life over love is to choose the spirit of anti-Christ.

YESHUA, The Christ said,

“Greater love has no one than this, that they lay down their life for their friend.”

“ I call you not as servants, but as friends.”

“ This I command you, that you love one another.”

YESHUA, The Christ commands us to take up the cross and follow HIM, to love, to serve each other, to sacrifice for love even our life.

YESHUA calls us to choose courage and love, to reject cowardice and the slavery of selfish desires.

Be prepared for those that choose moral cowardice to hate you, to fear you, to slander and insult you, to bring violence against you. Because just as the world hates HIM, then the world will hate you for obeying HIS command.

Choose well.

I beg of you, choose love and love, not death and hell. Choose Freedom, not slavery.
