Broken

Everyone is broken,

Everyone has flaws,

Everyone is shattered,

Coz everybody falls...

We get lost in the reasons,

So lost within the rhymes,

Love has it’s reasons,

In between the lines,

It’s in every heartbeat,

Counting out the time,

Love is that season,

We try so hard to find,

A door into summer,

To leave the cold behind,

The heart cries out for answers,

The soul cries out it’s need,

It’s so hard to take the chances,

While that ragged wound still bleeds,

Coz everyone is broken,

Everyone has flaws,

Every diamond shatters,

every time it falls,

There are no easy answers,

when we stumble and we fall,

Love is the mercy,

We get when we call...

Coz everyone is broken,
