So,
I created this Timeline based upon, first, Biblical Text, then where there are actual records concrete dates.
The Approximate dates are derived by comparison of Biblical text, Genesis with archeological data.
I placed Noah's Flood, at the Flooding of the Black Sea, 6500BC.
The Dispersion of Babel with the Neolithic Revolution and spread of Agriculture which archeologists suggest began in South East Anatolia.
The expulsion from Eden I placed with the date range of
Goblekli Tepe and other Mesolithic ruins in Anatolia and Aratta.
To my mind,
The Biblical account fits pretty well with Known Archeological data.
As the Title says,
This is merely a Theory.
An idea,
So much is unknown ,
There are so many unanswered Questions.
A further observation.
Place this Timeline, along side the Prose Edda, and the Theogony and The Epic of Gilgamesh.
They all fit, in terms of Migrations,
The spread of Farming,
A common origin in Eastern Anatolia.
Consider,
The Bible clearly states in Genesis 2:10-14,
That Eden is located at the Head Waters of the Tigris and Euphrates.
Which is in South Eastern Anatolia.
Which happens to be where it is believed by Archeologists, that the Neolithic revolution of Agriculture Began.
That is also the region Noah is said to have exited the Ark and planted HIS VINEYARD.
Assyrian accounts call the region Aratta.
The epic of Gilgamesh also speaks of the region.
Coincidence?
Personally I cannot think so.
I’ve wanted to either go through book by book and categorize different subjects, like diet, scientific descriptions, history, etc. or find someone else’s list.
Great timeline and research.
